Ingredients

  • Green radish – 2 big roots
  • Egg – 2 pieces
  • Cooked or smoked chicken meat – 500 grams
  • Walnuts – a handful
  • Salt – to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 125gramm

Method of preparation

  • Boil the chicken (after cooking the meat itself has almost separated from the bones). Cool in the broth (so the bird will be more tender), take out and cut into small pieces. Green radish clean, wash, grate with the average size of the cells.
  • Eggs boiled hard-boiled, finely chopped, add to the salad. Walnuts crushed, but not crushed and also add to the salad. The dish is seasoned with mayonnaise, add some salt, mix and leave in the fridge for an hour. If necessary, you can apply immediately.
