Ingredients

  • 400 gr of spinach
  • 1 h spoon of CL. oil
  • ¼ Cup chopped shallots
  • 2 prong garlic
  • 1/2 h spoon salt
  • H ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ Cup cream

Method of preparation

  • Washed spinach cook for 5 minutes on a water bath (using a sieve, placed in a pot of water). Semi finished spinach chop. In a frying pan or small saucepan, melt the butter, add the finely chopped garlic and shallots. Fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
