Delicious light salad
Ingredients
- 0.5 kg of Savoy cabbage
- 300 g of canned corn
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 large or a few medium sized sweet peppers
- Salt
- Sour cream
Method of preparation
- Slice the cabbage thin wedges, lay in a plate or bowl. Pour the corn, then chop diced tomatoes, send them there too. Then add the finely chopped pepper. Salt. Mix well.
- If you wish, you can add sour cream.
