Cake without sugar fructose


  • fructose is half a Cup
  • chicken eggs — 3
  • flour — half a Cup
  • baking powder — 1 tsp
  • for impregnation:
  • cognac 1 tsp.
  • fructose is half a teaspoon
  • water — 50 ml
  • For the glaze:
  • egg white – 1 piece
  • powder sugar – 100 g
  • lemon juice – 2 tsp

Method of preparation

  • To beaten eggs add the fructose, and then beat with a mixer for about 5 min before the formation of fluffy mass. Add sifted through a sieve the flour and baking powder, gently mix the ingredients. The received weight put in a greased form and bake in a brass plate at a temperature of 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Take out the cake from the mold and impregnate: water+brandy+fructose. Then grease glaze for cooking which beat the squirrels to the white airy foam, adding the powdered sugar and sprinkle with lemon juice. If desired, decorate cake powder.
