8. How satisfied are you with family life?

9. How often do you spend time on the street?

10. Do you smoke?

11. Do you drink wine?

12. Where do you live? In the city?

13. Do you follow your figure?

14. Often do you use transportation called public?

15. Which number is your team?

16. How much water do you drink a day? This rate exceeds one and a half liters?

17. You spend a long time in heat?

18. Responsible you have a job? Home perform only you?

19. How often do you visit the sauna or steam bath?

Count the number of received points: if you answer «Yes» to the question numbers 1,3,6,7,8,9,11,13,16 count one point.

If you answer «no» to questions numbered 2,4,5,10,12,14,15,17,18,19 also add up to the amount of one point.

1 — 6 points shows that your immune system is completely loose, which leads to frequent diseases. Need to seek help to the immunologist.

7 — 12 points — your immune system has gaps, so you need to change your lifestyle and start taking vitamin supplements.

13 — 18 points shows that the immunity at a high level. But still not worth it to let it go, and keep it.
