If flaking elbows
It happens that the skin on my elbows starts to peel off, becomes dark, dry and rough. In this case you should not worry much, this problem can be solved with a few simple recipes.
Masks against flaking of the skin on the elbows:
Glycerin mask. Take 60 g of glycerin and add 1 teaspoon of ammonia, stir well and brush this solution elbows. Rinse off after 15 minutes with warm water. You can also use liquid soap instead of glycerin.
Pretty effective mask with butter and flour. Whisk into a thick foam egg yolk and add 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil, sprinkle a little flour. All carefully stir and this «test» lubricate the elbows. Rinse after 10 minutes.
Honey — yolk mask. Also whisk in a thick foam of egg yolk, add 1 teaspoon of honey and a little water. All carefully mix and apply on the elbows. Hold the mask for 15 minutes and rinse.
This recipe is not easy and is a little more complicated, but it works perfectly. Take a teaspoon of cream or thick cream, add one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, lemon juice and fine salt and half tea spoon of baking soda. Then thoroughly mix. Before applying the mask properly steam trays. You can prepare for this soda bath: 50 g of soda in 1 litre of water, the temperature of 40-45 degrees. Hold the elbows in such a bath for 20 minutes. Then you can spread them with the mixture of elbows and wrap them with polyethylene for about 45 minutes. Rinse and lubricate nourishing cream. After one or two treatments your elbows will no longer flaking at all.
A very simple recipe. If you periodically exfoliate the elbows, wipe them with orange, lemon or grapefruit, after 15-20 minutes rinse with warm water and lubricate nourishing cream. More effective the mixture will be, if you want orange or lemon juice will add a little vegetable oil. Or just stick a plaster on the pieces of fruit for half an hour.
In the winter you can wipe your elbows so that they do not peel off the sauerkraut brine, and in summer, slices of fresh tomatoes. Then you will forget about unpleasant peeling elbows!
